VHS TRANSFERS : PAL/ SECAM NTSC

There are 3 major video systems over the whole world, namely NTSC, PAL and SECAM.

NTSC (National Television System Committee) : A video standard used 525 lines / frame and 60 fields / s . ( Each video frame is split into two interlacing fields ) . Countries use this system includes: Bahama Islands, Bolivia, Canada, Central America, Chile, Columbia, Ecuador, Jamaica, Japan, Korea, Mexico, Peru, Surinam, Taiwan, Philippines, USA, Venezuela, etc.

PAL (Phase Alternating Line) : A video standard uses a wider channel bandwidth than NTSC which allows for better picture quality. PAL runs on 625 lines / frame and 50 fields / s . Countries use this system includes: Australia, Austria, Belgium, China, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Great Britian, Holland, Hong Kong, Italy, Kuwait, Malaysia, new Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Singapore, Slovak Republic, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, etc.

SECAM (SEquential Couleur Avec Memoire ) A video system uses the same bandwidth as PAL but transmits the colour information sequentially. SECAM runs on 625 lines / frame and 50 fields / s . Countries use this system includes: Bulgaria, France, Guyana, Hungary, Iran, Iraq, Monaco, Poland, Russia, Ukraine, etc

Video tapes recorded at different video systems are not compatible with different VCR and TV ( unless you have a multi-system TV and VCR ) . We provide services of video conversion, converting between these video systems on video tapes so that you could play tapes sent from foreign country or send tapes to foreign country.

We take the following kinds of video tapes, in NTSC, PAL, or SECAM: VHS, and convert to either PAL or NTSC video system on a VHS tape. (NTSC to PAL, PAL to NTSC, SECAM to PAL, SECAM to NTSC) . For international video formats conversion to DVD, see below. Video tape (VHS) and black slipcase are included in these prices. For an additional $5.00 we’ll include a clamshell case with full color cover ( you provide picture ).

EACH TRANSFER (2 hour block) is $12.00 + $6.00 S&H (U.S. and Canada– International customers add $3.00 for additional postage) This does NOT include adding bonus material, menus, etc.

Additional copies of same master are just $11.00 each (includes S&H to same address)

DVD-R TRANSFERS:

DVD ( Digital Versatile Disc ) is a newer version of compact disk ( CD ). DVD has the same physical format of a CD with a data density about 8 times ( 4.7 GB ) of a CD ( 700 MB ). Furthermore, DVD could have two layers of digital information on one side. A double sided, double layered DVD has a total of 18 GB data capacity. DVD video ( we usually just call it DVD ) is a standard format for videos on a DVD. Videos are digitized and compressed into MPEG-2 data stream ( MPG file ), at a variable bit rate ( 9.8Mbit/s max. for video + audio, sampling at 48kHz ). The MPG file is then output to a special format on a DVD along with other control files so that it is compatible with set top DVD players . The video quality of a DVD , at a resolution of 720 X 480 for NTSC, is better than a Super VHS tape ( with a horizontal resolution of 400 and 525 scan lines for NTSC system ). A single sided, single layered DVD could have more than 2 hours of high quality video.

If you already have a DVD player, read your manufacturer booklet or visit our website for compatibility charts. If you are looking for a DVD player, we recommend Daewoo DVG-5800 ( multi region, multi format NTSC/PAL compatibility, not available in local stores, needed to mail order through the internet), JVC XV-S300BK ( available in Best Buy ) and RCA RC5240P (available in Target or Radio Shack). All 3 players are in the price range of $100. We are not responsible for problems due to incompatibility of your DVD player with our media.

We convert the following kinds of video tapes to DVD: (NTSC, PAL, SECAM) and VHS to DVD, (NTSC) , Laser disc to DVD. We can also convert PAL DVD to NTSC DVD-R or the other way around.

Each DVD conversion includes a menu with a title of your choice and video entry points (chapter points) at approximate equal time intervals. This includes a white sleeve with label. For an additional $5.00 per DVD we also include a commercial case with printed covers on top (you provide picture), bottom ( instruction ) and side ( Title of your tape ).

Local, State or Federal Government agencies and organizations, including non-law enforcement agencies and organizations, Motion Picture Association of America, NAACP or any activist organization, Union or movement.
3.) I, the undersigned purchaser do fully admit that by the signing of this agreement I am of my own free will entering into a legally binding contract of agreement not to use this purchase in any way to adversely affect the sellers, suppliers, shippers and or carriers, creators, manufacturers, advertisers and distributors business or person.

6.) I, the undersigned agree that I am paying monies for labor (transfer and/or archival) done ) & materials (video cassette(s) & DVD-R(s) ). I further agree that I am not paying monies for any intellectual matter contained upon the videotape within the video cassettes(s) or DVD-R(s) . I also agree that I in no way shall hold
the seller and or supplier liable for the release of any intellectual matter which may be contained upon the actual video cassette(s) or DVD-R(s).

All models, actors, actresses and other persons that appear in any visual depiction of actual sexually explicit conduct appearing or
otherwise contained in this Website were over the age of eighteen years at the time of the creation of such depictions.

All other visual depictions displayed on this Website are exempt from the provision of 18 U.S.C. section 2257 and 28 C.F.R. 75 because
